1. Use of App

1.1 By using the App, you are consenting to our processing of data as set forth in our Privacy Policy. Our Privacy Policy is compliant with applicable data protection regulations including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR 2016/679).

1.2 You agree to use the App only for purposes that are permitted by (a) these Terms of Use and (b) any applicable law, regulation or generally accepted practices or guidelines in the relevant jurisdictions. You agree to comply with all local laws and regulations regarding the download, installation and/or use of the App.

1.3 You agree that GreenCode is not responsible or liable for any content accessed from the App or third-party services. You agree that you are solely responsible for your use of the App, and that GreenCode has no responsibility to you or to any third party in connection with such use.

1.4 You acknowledge that the App may communicate with our servers from time to time to check for updates, bug fixes, patches, enhanced functions, and new versions. By installing the App, you agree to such automatically requested and received updates.

1.5 You agree that GreenCode may stop (permanently or temporarily) providing the App or any features within the App at our sole discretion, without prior notice. You agree that if we disable access to the App, you may be prevented from accessing the App or certain features within it.

1.6 You may not use the App to distribute, publish, or transmit: (1) any spam or unsolicited commercial messages of any kind; (2) chain mail; (3) numerous copies of the same or substantially similar messages; (4) empty or meaningless messages; (5) very large messages or files that disrupt a server or service; or (6) any content categorized as phishing, malware, or fraudulent communication.

2. Bluetooth & Device Permissions

2.1 The App requires access to your device's Bluetooth functionality in order to scan for and locate nearby Bluetooth devices. By granting Bluetooth permission, you consent to the App using this feature solely for the purpose of device detection and proximity tracking.

2.2 The App does not collect, store, or share the identities of Bluetooth devices detected during scanning. All scanning activity occurs locally on your device.

2.3 You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the App's Bluetooth scanning features complies with applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

3. Subscriptions & In-App Purchases

3.1 The App offers optional premium subscription plans. Subscription payments are charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase and upon commencement of each renewal period.

3.2 Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time via iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.

3.3 Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited upon purchase of a premium subscription during the trial period.

3.4 GreenCode reserves the right to modify subscription pricing with reasonable prior notice.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 The App, including all content, design, graphics, code, and features, is the exclusive property of GreenCode and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

4.2 You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse-engineer any part of the App without prior written consent from GreenCode.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

5.1 The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. GreenCode does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely accurate in its Bluetooth distance estimations.

5.2 Bluetooth signal strength and distance measurements are estimations based on radio frequency data and may be affected by physical obstacles, interference, or device limitations. GreenCode does not guarantee the accuracy of such measurements.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GreenCode shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App.

7. Changes to Terms

7.1 GreenCode reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
